Refund Policy

At SeeMail, we want customers to have a fair and transparent billing experience.
1. Subscription Fees
All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled before renewal.
2. Refund Eligibility
We generally do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused time, except where required by law.
However, if you believe you were charged in error, you may contact us within 14 days of the charge at dic.nikolab@gmail.com, and we will review your request.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
4. Exceptional Cases
We may, at our discretion, provide refunds in cases of duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances.
