Terms of Service
Effective date: April 2, 2026
Welcome to SeeMail. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, browser extension, dashboard, Gmail-connected sending features, and related services. By accessing or using SeeMail, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
SeeMail is an email tracking, reporting, and Gmail-connected productivity service. It helps users send tracked email, monitor engagement activity, and manage related message history and reply workflows inside Gmail and the SeeMail dashboard.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when registering, to keep your information up to date, and to use the Service only through accounts and Gmail connections that you are authorized to control.
4. Gmail Connection and Authorized Actions
If you connect Gmail to SeeMail, you authorize SeeMail to use the Google permissions you approve in order to provide the Gmail-connected features you request. Depending on the feature you use, those actions may include sending outgoing tracked email on your behalf, creating a sender-safe mailbox copy, maintaining reply-thread behavior, and managing related mailbox state tied to the send you initiated.
You may disconnect Gmail at any time from the SeeMail dashboard. Google and Gmail are third-party services, and your use of those services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
5. Your Content and Responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the messages, recipients, links, attachments, and other content you submit through the Service. You represent that you have the right to send that content and to process recipient data through SeeMail.
You agree that you will not use SeeMail to violate applicable email, privacy, anti-spam, employment, consumer protection, or surveillance laws or regulations.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
- send messages or use tracking features in a way that infringes another person's privacy, rights, or applicable consent requirements;
- misrepresent your identity, forge headers, impersonate another sender, or hide the origin of messages in a deceptive way;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
- misuse the Service in a way that could damage our platform or reputation.
7. Subscription and Billing
Some features of SeeMail may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees shown at checkout.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Billing and subscription management may be handled by third-party providers such as Dodo Payments.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy available at https://seemail.live/refunds.
9. Privacy and Data Use
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at https://seemail.live/privacy.
If you use Google-connected features, you also authorize the data processing described in our Privacy Policy and the permissions shown on the relevant Google consent screen.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may depend on third-party products and platforms, including Google, Gmail, browser environments, hosting providers, and billing providers. We are not responsible for the continued availability of third-party services or for changes those providers make to their products, policies, or APIs.
11. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to SeeMail, including its software, branding, website, and content, remain the property of SeeMail or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as allowed by law.
12. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal, security, or operational risk.
14. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeeMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
